I have wagered on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar wager
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
