I have gambled on countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of $160
Bet $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
